Do not buy grates are not cast iron and the top of the stove is black spay paint you can not wipe this stove off without the paint coming off the grates or the top of the stove. Looks real bad waste of my money and false advertising. Stop selling lies to hard working consumers.

I'm told that not eligible for a replacement...I™™ve been ping-ponged back in forth to Lowe™™s where I purchased this LEMON January 2023 and your company, Frigidaire. Which brings me to your ™Customer Service™ nightmare. After little research, I realized that there are several complaints in this same category.

We bought a LFGH3054UF for it simple features, porcelain top, and it matched the Refrigerator. The gas range is working as expected and are happy with it baking evenly. We have been using this range for 3 months and we have had no issues yet, thank goodness! I selected Frigidaire since a lot of their appliances are manufactured in USA but the refrigerator we got was made in Mexico. The label on this range did not have where it was manufactured. One other thing that should be noted is the sides are a black color but the matching refrigerator has sides that are grey but are pleasing enough together for us. There was, of course, some initial smell but it seems within reasonable levels to us and dissipated after three or so uses. Although the black top looks nice when clean, it does shows everything. Our top had four barely noticeable porcelain patches that were probably repairs done to scratches during the manufacturing. The three black matte finish grates do scratch the bottom of the pans a little when placed on top and only moved a little. (I have not dragged them around.) I do recommend lifting the grates straight up and out of the way while cleaning as lifting them at an angle could potentially scratch the black porcelain surface edges. There is a sound from the oven when using it and until it completely cools down after turning it off, but it is not very loud and I hardly notice it especially since it is right next to the refrigerator which has low volume noises almost all the time.Lowes delivery guys unpacked both quickly which were packaged well and had no damage noted. The appliances were carried in using those cool appliance straps which helps keeps the floor from being scratched. We set up a separate appointment with our local propane company who easily installed it and the LP conversion kit (price varied from $20 to $60) that I purchased separately. We were concerned about the color of flame and reached out to Frigidaire customer support online and found some information. Still wanted to know if yellow tips on the blue flames were normal, so in Jan, I called virtual assistance then wait time more than 30 mins so hung up. In March, used CHAT feature and was able to get past the auto responses fairly easily so I could ask my question to a real person. Question was answered very quickly and they stated that some yellow tips is normal.

I love the stove and how well in fits in with the cabinets. I love the solid grates which will be wonderful when using large canners and such pans.I can't wait to do my canning on this stove! It will be wonderful!I love how evenly the burners cook the food and the oven is also amazing! The food even tastes better!The exterior of the stove cleans easily!...but I haven't needed to use the self-cleaning feature of the oven yet.The one feature that concerns me a bit is that the knobs turn too easily. You should have to push them in more and then turn on the stove. We have had the knobs turn just by brushing against them.

Just purchased this NOW discontinued gas range to replace a wall oven/cooktop. My cooktop was white and dust was not an issue but with a black top on this new Frigidaire, dust is constantly an issue plus the front controls are constantly being pushed on when someone leans on them. I cannot use rear controls in my kitchen setting due to the rounded countertops in our kitchen layout. I did purchase an extended warranty but now I am wondering if it will be honored due to this model being discontinued.

I spent $1000 including the warranty for this range. I had the range less than 2 years and had to get it repaired (I was 2 months without an oven) and today again not even a full year after that I have to get it repaired again. I have not even had it for 3 years. I had a prior frigidaire range and didn't need a repair for at lest 8 years. There is a serious decline in quality of products and its costing me dearly. I am having to spend more on warranties and food (because it isnt operable) than the discount I though I got when it was on sale. Do I have to pay another $300 - $500 for another warranty to make sure it works for the next few years??? This is a terrible product. If you are looking for a range try something (or somewhere) different.

So it looks beautiful and the burners look great but waiting 45 min for the over to preheat and it got up to 150. Broiler won™™t lite. Lowe™™s is exchanging it. Hope this isn™™t an indication of what is to come. Replacing a 5 year old Whirlpool range that needs a new Motherboard Gave it 3 stars because the burners work just not the oven or broiler.

At first I would like to say I'm completely in love with this range. It is lovely, and looks great in my kitchen. It would look wonderful in a modern, or traditional kitchen. The 5 burners is the big sale for the price smooth turn knobs. One small thing when we first turned it on it had a burning smell so I looked in the back and noticed a piece of Styrofoam inside one of the walls of the stove and I can't see how to remove it or know why it is there. Other than that just look or your self.

I got the range from Lowes. When I wanted to install it I found out the conversation kit to propane was not with it. Went back to get it and stove top burners work just great. Over is anything story. Turned the nut/jet clock wise as instructed but the flame still stayed big until I turned it in all the way. Then all was well. Other than that it™™s a great range or as we call it a gas stove.
