Bought this several weeks ago. Great except no longer getting water out of the dispenser. Tried all of the troubleshooting items except replacing the filter. Our water here is very clean ,and I should not have to replace the filter after 2 weeks. Water worked great for 1 1/2 weeks after install

I installed this model in my first home in January. The set up was easy, though to get it in the door we had to remove the packaging. The organization works really well to keep everything rotated and is energy efficient!

I've had it for a year now and the fridge works really well. Both the freezer and refrig compartments keep constant temps. The ice maker is a bit slow but stays well ahead of normal usage by my family of two. My biggest complaint is the noise! For that reason alone I would not recommend this particular model. The website has examples of the noises that the unit makes but the volume on the recording is nowhere near reality. I'm told by Frigidaire the noises I hear are normal "for this particular model".

We found this Frigidaire Side-by-b-Side Fridge after digging around the internet for hours. We needed a new fridge stat b/c our existing fridge was getting warmer and warmer. After digging around hours we found this Frigidaire model and right off the bat it looked exactly what we needed. So far the model has been great - easy hook up, runs quiet and looks sleek, oh and for being compact it sure packs a lot - GREAT INVESTMENT!!

This fridge came at a great value with the options we wanted. Unfortunately the freezer door is warped and causes the cold air to escape. Waiting for a warranty replacement hasn't been the most expedient process ever. If the eventual replacement does fix the issue, I would gladly update this review.

Bought a few months ago, and rather disappointed with the storage space, especially the freezer space. Ice maker takes up a lot of storage area. Looks great, works great though!!

I bought this 3 weeks ago. Prior to that we had a similar version that we had for 16 years with no issues. Never had a service call on it until recently. we thought it best to stick with Frigidaire.

I bought this a few weeks ago when my old refrigerator went in the blink. I am glad I did! It is fewer cubic feet than the old one, but that is a blessing too because it doesn't take as much to fill it up, there is less room to lose dishes, so less food is wasted... this saves me money! Win, win!

Always had the freezer on top. I love my new side by side access. Objects are more easily accessible and especially with the door shelves for milk and other. Much less bending and no head bumping on the freezer door The width is perfect and I did not have to remove baseboard to squeeze a 35-3/4 inch unit into my 36" opening. I wish the water was cold, but adding a cube before dispensing solves that minor issue.

I bought this model because it was same width as my previous fridge so it would likely fit into my opening in my cabinets. Very surprised when I got it home and discovered it was 5/8™ taller than previous dead 22 cu ft Frigidaire fridge. Had to cut up the cherry cabinets and reposition their doors to make it fit. I don™™t know why they had to go and increase the height by such a small amount

We have now owned this unit for almost 2 years. In the first year we have had to repair the freezer for it was not draining properly, the ice maker does not always work one of the condiment shelves broke another one is breaking (we only use them for condiments). In the first year we tried contacting the manufacturer and Frigidaire would not reply to any correspondence whether it be by phone or email. Now at almost 2 years old it is making a horrible noise. A family member purchased the same model approximately 6 months after us and has had multiple issues as well.

My new refrigerator has had issues from day one. The light in the freezer section only lasted 1 day. I've tried to replace the lamp but it still won't work. There must be something wrong with the door seal on the freezer side because the amount of frost that keeps building up on the freezer side is crazy. My old Frigidaire side by side lasted for over 25 years and NEVER had an issue........I am NOT happy with my current Frigidaire side by side.

I bought this refrigerator because mine broke down and I was in need of one ASAP while on a budget. Though it is a nice refrigerator, however it has minor flaws. The shelves are narrower than my previous model from another brand (though the exact same size in cubit feet) and the water dispenser opening is not tall enough to fit a water bottle like my previous fridge could. It is also lacking an extra shelve compared to the other brand. Other than that, it is an OK fridge.

My new frigidaire was purchased several weeks ago. I went with this appliance brand knowing that this one will last a long time. I like the convience of the side by side, don't have to move things around in the freezer to look for something. Much easier to find. The doors swing open wide and stay open when putting away groceries. The ice and water feature in the front comes in handy when I want filtered water.

We bought this refrigerator a month ago and it has been working real good. We have an older home and the space for the refrigerator is small so this size was perfect. The only other changes I would make is that there needs to be another shelf bin on the door and the freezer section could also use another shelf. Other wise it is perfect.

I purchased this appliance this fall and the refrigerator side is extremely narrow, too deep and too small. The opening is narrow and it is difficult to reach things at the back of the refrigerator. The crisper drawers are flimsy and difficult to open and close. The water in the reservoir is NOT cold.

My family loves this fridge. It has plenty of space. I love the fact there is so much storage space. After having bought two other fridges prior and they both stopped working with in the same year, fought with the companies to "fix" them and stand behind the warranty. We decided just to go back to what worked for so many years Frigidaire. So happy we did.

I bought this on 2-28-2018. There are cracks appearing in the refrigirator liner . Defective materials. Also the feed water tube for the icemaker was defective immediately when purchased.

I bought this fridge about a month ago. I did have to buy thermostats for the fridge and freezer to monitor the temps. The temperature fluctuates constantly and I have to adjust it all the time. The motor is loud. I called the service center numerous times and no answer.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I am so happy I did. It is spacious inside and all my things fit perfectly. As a mom of three I buy 5 gallons of milk a week among all the other essentials and can easily put 2 gallons on the door with the rest fitting perfectly inside.
