I brought the fridge in may last year for my tenant. It stop working since April 15 a technician tha the company sent, came recommended a complete sealed job, compressor not working properly, and so one.The company keeps turning me around without a resolution while my tenant is mad at me leaving with no help.NO GOOD

I bought this at Lowe's as a returned/repaired scratch and dent for $399. For that price, I'm happy for use in a rental property. Otherwise, I would have never bought Frigidaire because the interior parts are cheaply made and break easily. But for $399 I took a chance. Otherwise I only buy Whirlpool.

We bought this refrigerator last year. Overall, I love the look of it, it's simple, and the layout is fine. Our huge problem is that it just doesn't keep things cold. The freezer doesn't seem to actually freeze well at all (for example: ice cream being softer than soft serve). And it seems like food in the refrigerator goes bad faster (milk, etc.). We've followed all of the specifications and checked everything but it just doesn't seem to do its job well. I don't like giving negative reviews but unfortunately this hasn't been great for us.

I bought this refrigerator in July 2020 to replace the same model that I had used in the garage for 8 years which stopped working. Lowes advertised it as garage ready. Well it was not an this winter food in the freezer thawed and had to be thrown out. Call for repair and found it is only garage ready if you purchase the add on thermostat kit for $170.00 so that it operates if the garage temperature drops below 55 degrees. Now with this kit it will run as long as temperature is above 35 degrees.Disappointed in garage ready and having to pay $170.00 more to fix it.

I think it's pretty nifty that the shelves slide out a bit so you're not putting your whole body in the fridge to reach something in the back. And the door closes all the way, which is a step up from my last fridge

The apartment complex I live in recently upgraded most fridges to this model. My personal experience with the one in my unit has been terrible.My understanding is that cooling is generate in the top freezer portion, and there is a transfer unit with a small fan that regulates cool air into the bottom fridge portion based on the dial you set. The problem is that the transfer unit often stops working... so the fridge stops getting cold and spoils any food stored there.The apartment maintenance technicians informed me that other units with this model have the same problem. They also informed me that trying to get the Frigidaire Warranty Technicians to come out to fix it has been a pain.I cannot speak definitively about the other units or about the warranty process since that is handled by the apartment complex. All I can say is that my fridge only functions as a freezer, the fridge never stays cold.

I love the fridge and the look of it and the way it's organized. Only complaint i have is it's very loud, I was told this is normal but after having my old fridge 18 years and really not hearing a noise much this bothers me but thankfully after having it a month now I'm adjusting to it. It's not continuous but it's nosey when it's running. The sales guy told me when I called to ask about it that this was normal and this was one of the nosier brands but it does work great! I love the look and the performance is great.

I bought this fridge new. I have had it about two months. It has many pluses like space inside of a normally small fridge. It is only me so I do not need a huge one. The outside is nice looking. The negative is the noise. It sounds like it has rattles, bells and whistles inside. It is the noisiest fridge I have ever owned. I was g getting ready to write to Fridgidaire to see what the problem is but I find, through comments, through Frigidaire's own admission under a comment, that these noises are probably NORMAL. Wish I had seen this first before buying and using.

Have had almost 2 months. Had problem with ice forming on the door and inside inside the freezer. Called Frigidaire and they sent a new gasket which we installed one day ago and seems to have solved the problem. We use as a secondary refrigerator in our garage.

I had my refrigerator delivered on 9/28/2020 and on 10/2 and 10/8/ I e-mailed frigidaireabout my problem and no response. I like the looks of the refrigerator but I don't care to much for the inside. My refrigerator (Crown series) I really loved, but I had to replaceit because it would not keep cold anymore. I am really angry because of the ice buildup and the icicles hanging inside the freezer door and inside the freezer. At this point I would not recommend this item to my enemy.

You get what you pay for, you can™™t open the fridge door and the freezer door at the same time, they hit each other. Also I™™ve had the fridge for two months and the black that hold the door on is grinding into the door. Other than that it™™s a good fridge.

I bought this product one month ago and noticed soon after that the freezer was building frost inside the corners of the freezer. A Frigidaire service tech inspected the refrigerator and determined that it had gaps at the metal edges of where the freezer door closes. This caused air to enter the freezer and create frost inside the freezer.

I™™ve had my refrigerator almost a month now and I haven™™t had any issues with it. It makes loud noises on occasions and the freezer has baby ice cycles on the top of the door, idk if the temp is too high or what it is. They both do what they™™re supposed to do and that™™s alright with me.

After getting it home and plugged in, it took a while to start cooling. The next day, I noticed that the refrigerator wasn™™t cooling like it should. The temperature stays at 60°. Not good for keeping food from spoiling. After I navigated through the automated phone system to set up a service appointment, the technician called to say he wasn™™t traveling the distance between his place of business and my house. After which I had to go back to the store I bought it from to get them to schedule a service appointment. This not a good business model. Y™™all need to step up your game.

I™™ve had this fridge about a month. It is very pretty but sadly fingerprints are very easily seen so I™™m always wiping it down. Today the fridge part stopped working for some reason. We have had issues w the doors not wanting to latch shut unless you completely shut it yourself instead of swinging it shut gently as well. ;( calling for help soon! Otherwise space in the fridge is really nice and color I love!

Purchased this fridge before, but decided to get a 2nd one. Its one of the only stainless steel models that will fit in our kitchen (in between cabinets and side door) and it looks nice and performs well. About the only bad experience we've had is with the plastic drawers, the handles crack after somewhat heavy use.

I bought this refrigerator 6 weeks ago and am very satisfied. It has good features including large crisper drawers and a lunchmeat/cheese drawer. The glass shelves are easy to clean. I like the stainless steel exterior. It is also easy to clean. It is much quieter than my old refrigerator.

We have had our refrigerator for about four months now. We couldn't be happier. The glass shelves are easy to clean and makes it easy to find items. The lighting is perfect. The temperature seems consistent throughout the whole refrigerator. It is quiet except for a few little popping noises occasionally that I understand is normal for this product and doesn't bother us at all.
