I purchased new Frigidaire LFTR1832TF 2 yrs ago and continue to have issue with freeser thawing and food freezing in the back of the fridge . First reported problem to Frigidaire in August 2020 and technician came out and said it was air flow blocked by too many item in freezer. Thawed fridge and wrked OK for a few months but same problem keeps happeing so it was not air flow. Very disappointed and cannot get anyone from Fridgidaire to respond to my calls

Do not buy this refrigerator, it broke the first week I bought it brand new and they came and fixed it, but now it's less than 2 years old and is not working at all. It started by everything freezing and now all my food is ruined because it totally doesn't work.

At almost exactly 3 years from my purchase date, I started having issues with the freezer temperature going no lower than 30 degrees. A week later the fridge would not drop below 42 degrees. Tried all troubleshooting steps per the Owners Manual. Nothing worked, so I had an appliance repair service check the fridge. I was notified the entire refrigerant system needed an overhaul. Parts and repair would cost roughly $900, $300+ more than I paid for the fridge. Disappointed is an understatement. I have 4 month old twins who need certain food and formula to be stored in the fridge or freezer and I certainly don™™t have the money to buy major appliances every 3 years.

Bought in February 2020 which is less than a year ago. Features are weak plastic. My Deli drawer broke & replacement part is chargeable. Cost is $90. Also shelves on the door broke as well. Condiments all on the floor. Not happy with cheap refrigerator. You get what you pay for!

We bought this refrigerator in August because the one we had suddenly quit after 18 years. Because of Covid we had to take what we could get. This refrigerator looks nice but I've had to replace both door shelf holders because the plastic clips were cracked when we received it and broke within a week of having it.

I bought this on August 8th. It worked great for a few days. It then started freezing food in the refrigerator. After a couple of weeks, it stopped cooling and things in the the freezer thawed out. The authorized repairman came and said the compressor is bad. We will be leaving for Florida in a couple of weeks. The repairman didn't want to replace the compressor just a few days before we leave and have the refrigerator sit all winter so we now have no refrigerator for the next two weeks. Certainly not what I expected out of a new refrigerator. This wasn't our first choice but due to the the pandemic, refrigerators were in short supply. This was about the only one we could have gotten without waiting a month for delivery. Guess now I know why this was available.

Bought this 3 years ago and it is oozing brown stuff out the inside of the freezer. The company response to my call--"Sorry, there have been no reported recalls or issues so there is nothing we can do." Great. I bought two refrigerators that year. My Son just called me to ask what fridges I recommended he should look at to buy.

My old refrigerator started having issues at the beginning of the pandemic and I tried ordering another Samsung. After four months, I finally cancelled my order and was told Frigidaire was still able to supply their products in a reasonable amount of time. It showed up quickly, installation was a breeze and it has ran smoothly ever since. For such a small refrigerator, it can hold more than my previous refrigerator could and appears to be made better.

i bought the fridge in March 2020. Within a few weeks the plastic drawer slide of the deli drawer on one side broke from the upper shelf (it seems like it was just glued or something..) I have tried to contact frigidaire multiple times and have not had any response. I left a review previously and got a response to "respond to email" I never received any email. I cant get through to speak to anyone, the customer service line is all automated. I understand things have been slower since Covid, but this has experience has been with a poor quality product, and then poor customer service on top of it. Besides the broken drawe, the fridge is great, I just would like the problem remedied- an expensive product should not break within a few weeks. I would expect a refrigerator and all of its parts to hold up to regular use for at least a few years!

The first day this was installed I started getting condensation around the freezer door. Repair man came and put a new seal around it. Seemed to work for a day or 2 but its starting again. It almost looks like the freezer door isn't lined up right? I'm disappointed because I really liked this refrigerator. Did anyone else have this issue?

The refrigerator and freezer do a great job cooling and freezing but the unit is load. Had to get a new unit but during COVID my options were limited. It™™s a nice looking unit and even though it was smaller than I would has a lot of room. My only problem is it™™s too loud.

I bought this to replace a 25 yr old fridge that came with my new doublewide. We have had a few weeks. Works good and a lot quieter than the old one. My only complaint is I have ice build up along the front edge of the freezer already and its only been a few weeks. It is set at the recommended setting so there has to be some condensation getting past the freezer door seal. Ill be contacting someone to have it looked at and repaired. My cheap Roper never did that in 25 years and it still ran when I replaced it.

I purchased my Fridgidaire 18 cu. ft. top freezer refrigerator within the last month. I based my purchase on cost/size/appearance (in that order) and have been very satisfied. The only issue I noticed was that my freezer had ice sicles build up; so I turned it down a little, but the issue continued. After checking closer I noticed that the freezer door does not seal at top and bottom. It appears that the rubber seal is bent in both places. I made a call to Fridgidaire and was immediately electronically provided a number for a local repair service when I selected "purchased w/in the last 12 months". I work in the manufacturing industry so I can't help but wonder why quality control didn't catch this defect. I will keep you posted if this is a quick fix!

It replaced an older model in our garage, which presented with an accumulation of problems. This Frigidaire came at a competitive price for its size. We wish it included a freezer light. Otherwise, it has been solid thus far (1month in).

Bought this a few weeks ago for an extra refridgerator in our garage. We are so glad we did. The price was great, it was on sale, and it fit perfectly in the spot in the garage. After it was delivered and plugged it it made very loud noises when the fan and compressor came on. I talked to Lowe™™s were I purchase it and they said to get a hold of the manufacturer so I called Frigidaire and the lady told me that probably is normal and if I thought it wasn™™t I should just return it!!! So I took the back cover off and found the wire harness for the fan rubbing the fan blades. I moved wires and it fix the problem but now bare wires are exposed. When I emailed Frigidaire about a new harness they never got back to me like they don™™t care much about their product!!

I like the roominess of it BUT do not like the poor quality of the ice maker. It does not make the 2.5 pounds of ice a day that it said it would so I now have to buy ice to supplement. Very disappointed in this area. Otherwise I like the refrigerator.

We are limited in space for our refrigerator and this one fits nicely. It cools very well and my only complaint is that it is very noisy when the compressor is running. I`ve actually gotten concerned there was a problem but after turning to the internet I see this is common with this model.

I like the design of this appliance and it™™s just the right size for a smaller condo kitchen. My only issue so far is the weird popping noise it makes for about 10 seconds after every time it turns on. This has been going on since day one and I™™ve had it for about a month now. I called and asked if this was normal- was told others have reported same issue, that the testing has come back that it doesn™™t affect the performance, and it™™s just something to ™get used to™™. Thought this was okay at first but not sure if I want to constantly hear this noise as it can be heard all the way into the living area. Might call again to see if I get same response.

We bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago. When I first saw it I didn™™t think it would be roomy enough for our frozen foods. As it turns out, it™™s quite roomy and holds a lot of food items in the freezer and the refrigerator. It™™s very nice looking, especially in the front where it is stainless steel.Just a note, the sides of the refrigerator are not stainless steel and they are black. We were somewhat surprised by this.

I've had the refrigerator for a month now. It was easy to reverse the doors, the freezer & refrigerator compartments came to temperature quickly, and the redesigned door shelf bars don't let small diameter containers drop on my feet! Both compartments hold their temperature settings, no fiddling with the thermostats. Thank you for making a great refrigerator in a modest size.
