This refrigerator ran great until it didn™™t only after 7 months.. I called customer service , got a date for service, called them and they refused the order. Called customer service again got a date with another company. They never came and wane to reschedule waiting another week. I then asked for a new refrigerator, now waiting for a phone call back. Not happy!!!

Has been a noisy refrigerator, lasted about 8 months and quit. They did send a repairman out and fixed it. Off course that doesn™™t replace all the items that get thrown out when you discover the appliance no longer is cooling.

I would leave a zero star review if I could. Bought this fridge in good faith of the Frigidaire name, but sadly, it's a terrible product. It quit cooling within 6 months of purchase, and I'm having to wait for parts to get it repaired. Why don't companies produce quality products that last any more? My old Kenmore lasted over 30 years! I will never purchase a product from Frigidaire or Electrolux again. And that is a shame, because both names used to mean good quality products that lasted.

I bought this refrigerator brand new from Lowe™™s and four months into having it, it starts malfunctioning and freezing my food in the fridge so I get it serviced and they say it will take up to four weeks to get a part then my freezer stops working and Frigidaire won™™t replace all the food I had to throw away due to the freezer not working anymore. Such bad service. Don™™t buy a Frigidaire!!

After four weeks of calls to Frigidaire's offshore warranty staff, we hired a local repair company who fixed the fridge. We had placed multiple phone calls, and our case was inexplicably closed twice. Early on, about a week after the first call, we received a visit from a tech with minimal tools who couldn't diagnose the problem, and who was a no-show several times after, meaning he said he would come and finish the repair, but failed to show up. (Ultimately, the problem was a broken defrost timer, which was a quick fix, but was done at our expense).

We took delivery on June 1,2024. In October the Defrost Time went bad and we had to have it serviced (under warrantee). On April 18 we again needed service for the same part failure. When I contacted the warrantee service the only advice they could give me was to buy an extended warrantee. With 2 failures for the same problem in less than 1 year I believe they should give me another year at no cost.

We love the look and style but ware very disappointed that after only 10 months the fridge only cools to 52 degrees. Freezer still works. We called customer service which was not easy. After getting in touch we had very difficult time communicating due to language barrier which was very frustrating. We are told 3 to 5 days before we will be contacted to set up an appointment which will be even later down the road. Please do better Frigidaire

I bought this new fridge in July, 2024. End of February, 2025 I noticed that my food in the freezer was thawing out. I called Frigidaire multiple times and it took them five weeks to get it fixed. It took them 3.5 weeks to send a repairman. He told me that he knew what the problem was because lot of the refrigerators have that same problem and it should have had a recall. Those were his words. He mentioned he had replaced this part on 32 refrigerators. Yet he did not have a part on him, very frustrating. I was without a fridge for 5 weeks and everything had to be tossed. I lost over $400 in food plus the inconvenience of being without a fridge. Every rime I called Frigidaire I asked the call to be escalated to the supervisor but they would never transfer me. They never reimbursed me for any food cost even though my fridge was under warranty. I am still waiting ansupervisor to call me.

I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator Sept 2024 it is still under warranty I have had it for 8 months and it stopped working so first I called Lowes to complain and I was told to get in touch with the Frigidaire the manufacture I have had nothing but problems I have been without a refrigerator for 4 days now and still nothing has been resolved . I was told a service tech would come to look at the refrigerator, but Frigidaire does not have a service tech for this area. So, Lowes sent a service tech, and he said the refrigerator was shot. Frigidaire said their tech has got to come and look at it how can their tech come and look at it when I was told they don't have a tech for this area mean while I still don't have a working refrigerator and I am still getting the run around. I thought Frigidaire was reliable company Boy was I wrong mean while I have had to throw away food that has spoiled from the fridge and I am still waiting on someone to replace my refrigerator. I do not reamend buying a Frigidaire product

We owned this fridge for 12 days and it broke down completely, couldn't get it to cool down at all. When we contacted Frigidaire to honor the manufacturer warranty since we couldn't return it to Lowe's, since I hadn't registered the appliance, they were not willing to help me by sending a technician or a new fridge. Not only is the product very poor quality but I would say the customer service is as well.

Purchased new, seven months ago, already doesn't cool. Called, can't get warranty service due to it not being registered. Registration is a pain, website would not accept complete model #, then a message popped up asking for last letter that it would not allow me to input. Have 45 minutes invested in this so far and no repair scheduled. To register, they asked where I bought it, (ok) and how much I paid. (They really need that?) Whole experience has been disrespectful of me and my time so far. Not making this mistake (Frigidaire) again. Hope I can get this thing fixed???????????????

I was having to reverse the door by myself. Easy!! I followed the simple instructions on how to do that and took a little time, but no problems at all!! I did pull my fridge inside for a couple of days to let the door gasket acclimate and had no issues with it closing it.

Me and my fiance bought this fridge for our first home and its horrible only had it 6 months spoils all our groceries it doesnt keep food cold and when we speak to the guarantee they send someone to "fix" it and 2 days later its spoiling our food again not keeping cold. they wont replace it or refund us so now we are stuck with a horrible fridge and the guarantee wont replace us with a new fridge only send someone to "fix it" 0 stars I do not recommend this brand or this fridge for their horrible customer support. Havent even offered to cover our groceries that have gone bad 3 TIMES ALREADY. We're a young couple who just bought our first house are planning our wedding barely getting by and all the groceries we buy is money right down the drain not to mention the money we spent on this stupid fridge.

Purchased this unit 12-09-2023 specifically for our garage. This refrigerator was marketed as a "garage refrigerator". The fridge and freezer both quit cooling 13 months later, of course 1 month out of warranty. Extremely disappointed for no more use than it had.

I like the refrigerator, appreciate the fact that fingerprints do not show. The inside is large and easy to keep clean. There is one negative: the thermostat might be faulty. I have to keep it set on the warmest setting, almost touching "Off", to keep items from freezing in the refrigerator section. The freezer seems to work fine except it frost up frequently. It is under warranty but I am concerned that the problem might not be able to be fixed.

We'd bought this model to replace a similar refrigerator that was experiencing age related decline. It's simple, no frills, and the optional ice maker we purchased works just fine and makes plenty of ice. After several months without issue, we experienced issues with excessive frost buildup on the evap coils and scheduled a warranty appointment. The technician confirmed a warranty issue and is scheduling an additional appointment to replace the defective part. From start to finish, this process will be 2-3 weeks. Fortunately, we have another place we can store food that needs to be refrigerated. We like the fridge when it's working, just wish the warranty process was quicker.

I purchased the listed appliance last year and have not been able to use is one time. I have a year warranty and I keep getting the run around from Frigidaire, I have not received the proper help or service. I have had 4 different technicians come by to service my refrigerator and the appointments continue to either get canceled on their end or they'll come by, claim to need a part and never continue the work. For almost a year now I have not had a working refrigerator. I will never give my money to Frigidaire again.
