Purchased this fridge along with Frigidaire over the range microwave and gas stove. Fridge works good but the plastic pieces on the doors of the fridge and freezer to hold items on the shelves CONSTANTLY fall off, spilling everything on the floor, not to mention falling on toes. I™™ve never had this happen with the countless other fridges I have had. Definitely would not buy this particular fridge again unless the design was changed.

My last review was not approved for including profanity, which it did not at all! I have read incentivized reviews with profanity in them, but that™™s okay. It was also denied for not mentioning a competitor. I did refer to previous refrigerators and not having the same problems. I did mention shipping complaints from Frigidaire for replacement parts that cut my daughters finger and was another reason my review was denied... due to shipping complaints. Another problem with my review apparently had inappropriate pictures, every picture I posted were in line with the guidelines and no different than others I have seen. There were other reasons my review was not posted. My review that was not approved was as followsWe bought this fridge less than 6 months ago and have already had so many problems with it. First the door shelf design is horrible! We do not put heavy stuff in it like milk or anything like that. The middle and bottom door racks ended up breaking and causing a huge mess from glass shattering. Luckily my kids weren™™t right there to get hurt. It is not safe at all! I called Frigidaire about the door racks and they sent me two replacements. They seem to fit a little better, but still very flimsy. My daughter and I were cleaning out the fridge per the instruction manual. When she went to put one of the crisper drawers back in she cut her thumb on the sharp plastic. I also inquired about a replacement for that and that has yet to show up. The fridge is shown to have a capacity of 20.4, which is pretty large. Something we were looking for when replacing our last one since we are a family of 6. Now the shelves in the fridge are starting to sag in the middle. That shouldn™™t happen in less than 6 months. I have always bought the same things and used our previous fridges the same way when storing our food. This is a huge design flaw and completely unsafe! The door to the fridge started making a grinding noise, upon further investigation the door/hinge on the bottom is rubbing against each other. The freezer door shelves are just like the fridge. Flimsy and come off easily. I don™™t know about you but having a frozen pack of vegetables or a lb of meat fall on your toe doesn™™t feel to good. The fridge is very loud when making ice, but it makes it pretty well and fast compared to our previous fridges. Also we have a deep freezer we keep a lot of food, so it™™s not like this is our only option for storage.This review was not paid for.

If the side shelves would stop falling out from the door, I would be much happier with this refrigerator. The middle shelf just fell also. All in all it does the job for as an extra refrigerator.

I just received this refrigerator today a Frigidaire model LFTR2021TF. It replaced a Whirlpool unit that had the compressor fail after 9 years.Though "discontinued'" according to the Frigidaire website it was available for purchase at a local distributor on 09/18/2022. Manufactured date is 07/2021.The evaporator fan in the freezer is noisy almost sounds like a "grinding" noise though at a lower amplitude.As a manufacturer I would hope Frigidaire would have sound signatures of their refrigerators and analyze them as a method of continuous quality improvement and aid in resolving customers concerns and complaints rather than the customer just stating the refrigerator is ™noisy™ Frigidaire could compare it to the on file expected sound signature and determine if the refrigerator actually is outside the normally expected sound signature.After all sound is a good indicator of overall health of things such as motor bearings and industrial equipment I would know since I work in industry. I will never buy another Frigidaire product in my life. Freezer compartment failed within a few months. Root cause was a hole in the system from date of manufacture. Followed by a complete compressor failure within 16 months of purchase - right outside crappy one-year warranty.

THIS TOP FREEZER REFRIGERATOR HAS CAUSED US NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. FIRST IT WAS THEN WATER COMING OUT FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE UNIT. AFTER SEVERAL REPAIR TRIPS THAT EXTENDED BEYOND THE WARRANTY OF COURSE NO ONE COULD FIX IT. Nice and roomy. Love the shelves that move out and in. Also the smudge proof exterior! Gave it a 4 star because I wish it was a little quieter....also wish the Lowe's delivery guys would have leveled it for me.

I love the refrigerator and it™™s size. The thing that I do not like is the rollers are very close to the ground and causes it to drag. the directions do not reflective the leveling. There is no screw to adjust it up and down in the front. You have to prop it up and adjust little legs.

Very disappointed in the purchase of our Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowes, here in Wichita. Purchased the frig in September 2021. Had problems beginning with delivery from Lowes, two delivery people who had better things to do rather than properly setup our new frig. Frig was noisy, a appliance repair technician replaced the fan in the freezer, now it runs quiet. A new noise has begun, knocking when the compressor starts. May have to call for another repair. This is unacceptable performance from new frig.

This refrigerator is nice, only problem is that condensation forms around the freezer opening. Gaskets seem intact although one side was out of alignment. Straightening helped some.

I am not impressed with this fridge. The drawers/rails in the fridge seem thin and cheaply made. The first time my 3 year old shut the door the rail fell off and everything on the shelf fell inside the fridge. I am also disappointed there is not a light in the freezer, I did not realize this when I purchased it. As silly as it sounds, a light in the freezer makes a huge difference! As someone else said in a previous review, there is occasionally a knocking sound like it is trying to make ice in the freezer, but there is no ice maker. Also, I have noticed sometimes it runs louder than normal. Overall the fridge is ok and does what it is made to do.

We were so dissatisfied with this frig, we only had it a few months and upgraded to a larger product. The 20.4 c.f. was to small, it was LOUD...and the shelving was very flimsy. We were glad to see it go!

I bought this refrigerator two months ago. It has a clanking noise when motor finishes cycle. It™™s cold but bottom drawer track was broken upon delivery so drawers sag and ice is forming in freezer. It™™s too bad there is no guarantee after taking delivery, buy at own risk.
