I bought this from Lowes mid May 2019. It appeared to be great for the most part but as I was preheating oven the control panel went blank. Had a retired electrician check my outlet for power and was ok. Plugged it back in it worked fine for two days. Same thing happened. Checked plug again, same thing happened but the burners seem to work fine. No clock or oven power. Right now trying to connect with Lowes as I did purchase a protection plan.

Fast as gas

I am used to cooking with gas. Electric ranges always seemed slow to heat up and difficult to control the heat. The range heats up quickly and the temperature is easy to control like gas. The oven also heats up really quick and the convention feature is great.

I purchased this range from the local Lowe's store this last weekend and after hauling it home and installing it 4 out of the 5 burners did not heat up when turning them on. The oven does work though. I called the store and they told me to contact Frigidaire. I called them and they are sending a tech out on Wednesday so hopefully they can fix my new range!

This is a great appliance. It's big enough to fit multiple dishes and the convection setting lets you cook faster and more evenly. We used the temp probe on our Thanksgiving turkey and it worked pretty well. The multisize burners come in handy as well.

We have had it a year and it is a great unit. We love it's power and versatility. The only reason we are not giving it a 5 star rating is because a piece of the oven doors insulation slipped out of place and is lodged between the glass panels. Warranty did NOT cover this so I have the burden of paying for the labor etc.

I bought this one month ago and I'm so pleased. I have wanted a smooth top for a long time and with this stove I couldn't ask for anything more. The large capacity oven will be great for the holidays. I love the options of different size pans on the smooth top and the fifth element for keeping food warm. It is a convection oven which I have not tried at this time. Regular baking is done to perfection. The options are great.

this is the second Frigidaire range we have purchased from Lowe's. The first one lasted 10 years and then the electronic control went out on the oven. We repaired it ourselves and the repair lasted two months. We went ahead and purchased a new Frigidaire range and it only lasted 2 weeks before the same issue with the oven cropped up. It became inoperable within two weeks of purchase! I know I must be stupid to have bought one again. I can't believe it! The repair guy didn't even have the part to repair it because it is so new. So once again I'm without another! Buyer beware if you buy this model.

I'm looking forward to the steam clean feature so I don't have to heat up and smoke up the whole house when cleaning the oven. The oven is so spacious too. Features I like the most are extra big burner for huge pots and 3 racks in oven. I purchased the floor model, only problem I had was one of back burners on stove top was never connected so when plugged in it sparked and blew a circuit, (who would think to look under the glass top for that)..been working great since. Only thing I haven't use is broil.

We™€™ve had the stove about two months and like it™€™s performance. Lots of space in oven; like the multi-size cooktop units and the warmer unit. I™€™ve used the steam clean for some melted cheese drips, and it worked for a quick cleanup. I™€™m sure if food is burned in the bottom of the oven, a self clean would be better. Storage drawer is shallower than my old stove, so I had to take a few things out. Cooktop cleans up good. use a cream cleaner each time to help protect the finish.

I've had my stove for a month now, had an incident with the quick boil eye, had a gentleman to come out and explain how that eye actually works, gave me a lesson on it, something that was not explained in the manual, now using the self clean for the first time, what a strong odor, I set if for 2 hr delay, what a strong odor, I have the stove fan going, both the back and front doors open and the fan going in the front room, I will try the steam clean next time, otherwise I'm very satisfied with the oven. This is my second Frigidaire smoothtop, the other I had for 20 yrs and the thermostat went out in the oven, so having to learn the new technology of the world

So let me start off by saying before buying this Range I had a wall oven that looked like it came out of the Brady bunch house!... it came with the house. It went out one night & we decided to loose some cabinet space & get a range. After reading lots of reviews I found this to be my dream oven... & well it™€™s just that! Tons of space in the oven to where I can cook everything at the same time. I was a little scared to go with a glass top because all the reviews about it getting scratched easy, so I™€™ve been really careful & even bought a new set of cookware.. I needed a good excuse to get more anyways. I do clean the stove with a glass top cleaner spray & wipe down with paper towels after every use. If you are on the fence about what to get, I would say get this!!! You™€™ll love it!!!
