Worst Customer Service Ever

If your LG appliances need fixing and many do after the 1 year warranty. Call a real appliance repair instead of dealing with these clowns in customer service.

Dropping The Ball

The review is based on how Best Buy/LG facilitated the basic repair of my dryer. For a big company not to have the proper measures and processes in place to handle a simple issue is beyond me. I would seriously think twice before going ahead with the bigger LG appliances that might need service. Best Buy was a no show on the first appointment and their warranty company was a no show for the second appointment The window in which they gave me was between 8:00-5:00 both days. So I missed 2 days of work and my dryer still isnt repaired I made multiple phone calls to various 800 numbers and was passed on from department to department. All of the customer service was out of the country which made the communication more difficult. They were friendly but could not help me with the dryer. If I operated a business like that I would be out of business. I purchased the product at Best Buy and I feel that they should have been more help. Best buy just passes you on to the warranty service repair company. The final part of this disaster is I received a phone call a few days after both no show appointments and one of their repair shops and they said you are the next stop on the list the tech will be at your house in 15 minutes I said I was at work and why didnt they schedule an appointment with me and the response from the person on the phone was I dont know. The next day I received an email that my repair was completed So the repair shop lied and submitted confirmation that it completed the work Needless to say I would never want a company that lied and said they completed work to be in my house for a repair. My dryer is still not fixed and all I needed was the lint catcher and the casing that it fits into. It is very disappointing.

The Perfect Pair

I like my washer/dryer stackable combo. The couple have a great profile and work seamlessly together. Both have wi-fi and preprogrammed setting that address most needs. But I love the ability to customize as well. Overall Im happy with the purchase and would buy again.

Great Feature Fast Drying ThinQ and Turbo Steam

This dryer is amazing It has many features like Turbo Steam and it dries clothes very fast which is very surprising. It also had LG ThinQ so when were out and we leave the dryer on we can check if its finished or turn off It also has an Energy Saver Mode which is very useful. I highly suggest buying this Dryer even though I think its discontinued now but if you can find this dryer anywhere else I highly recommend this Dryer 10/10

Our dryer is currently not working AGAIN. We bought both the washer and dryer 3 years ago and this is the 3rd or 4th time it has quit working and has had to be serviced and of course off of warranty. It has also been very loud essentially since day one. Would not recommend.
