The dishwasher is 3 1/2 years old and the heating element is not working so the inside of the dishwasher smells awful. I called LG and the woman took all my information for 10 minutes. I could barely understand her. I was led to believe she would forward me to a technician but instead told me for $300 they could send someone.

Looks pretty but not worth the money

I have owned this dishwasher for a little over three years. The AE error code will not reset. I purchased the dishwasher microwave range and French door refrigerator as a package over $6200. I have had issues with every appliance accept the microwave. I would have thought these appliances would have been better built than this.

I purchased my dishwasher and it was delivered January 2020. I t has been the best cleaning machine I have ever used. The problems that I have since it does not vent out of the front of the dishwasher the dishes stay wet. After it run it cycle I need to prop it open so the dishes will dry. People that come into my kitchen are surprised that the dishwasher is running as they said it so quite that they didnt hear it. Best purchase ever. I also at the same time purchased the French door refrigerator washer dryer during Black Friday. They all work great

Warranty not honored

Tub seam broke off. I have been fighting with customer warranty service for a month now. The tub has a lifetime warranty and they will not honor it. They do not have tub to send me so they want to try to give me a prorated amount back saying its depreciated in value. Lifetime means lifetime. Why am ai not getting a new or equivalent dishwasher???? Why am I needing to fight for a warranty you have??

Waste of money. Purchased April 2020. By July 2022 the drive motor went. We got it replaced but LG only paid for the part. We had to pay over $300 for it to be installed. Now Dec 2023 the heating element is broken. Will never buy another LG ever again. So we paid $650 plus $300 to fix it and now will have to pay for part and labor again all within 3 years? No thanks.
