Bake some bread

We have had our wall oven for several years. Recently the Time/Temp knob the right knob broke. I had received replacement parts from a company that provides the replacement parts for LG. One of the three parts was wrong called the supporter. I was told it was the correct part installed it and the knob did not work properly. Called second time sent the exact same supporter when I was told that this would be the correct part. Wrong again. Third time the charm? Jason found out that the two supports different one for each of the two knobs in the schematic for this wall oven unit were flipped. Hoping for the proper support in the next few days. Overall we have found the oven to be good. We even use the proof mode as we bake a bunch of bread. We also have used most of all the other modes and happy with the convention bake mode. Self Cleaning mode works well also.

Second Time Oven Went Out

I had a kitchen remodel in the summer/fall of 2021. I researched different brands of appliances and LG was given a high rating. Because of inventory issues the oven was purchased in June 2021 but not delivered installed until September 2021. I had one service call shortly after install that was covered by warranty. Early this month the oven went out again would not heat warranty was up. It will take two service calls to repair as the technician is not sure if it is the thermostat or electronic board - same as the original service call in 2021. I am not happy. Also why they feature a self-clean mode I dont know as using this may cause your oven to overheat stop working. I do not use that feature.

I bought this in 2021 when having a kitchen remodel ordered early because of inventory issues and it was installed September 2022. I bought it after reading all the good reviews but I am now on my 2nd service call - the 1st was under warranty and I am very disillusioned. Parts have been ordered it is either the thermostat or the electronic board as it will neither heat nor broil so it will actually take two service calls to repair. I have now been without an oven for over two weeks so I am not happy.

Scratches too easy

The sliding shelves permanently scratched the enamel. Not to mention too hard to get in/out. Ovens controls are dark on dark with no backlight making them VERY difficult to see.
