Disappointing mechanical failures.

I am very pleased with how the dishwasher cleans and quietly washes dishes. However I am very disappointed in the quality control of the parts since I purchased your top-of-the-line Signature Series product. Specifically I am disappointed that both the washing racks have significant rust spots to the point of structural failure. Secondly the printing of the control functions is wearing off so you are unable to tell what settings to choose we do NOT use any harsh cleaning products on the dishwasher. Third upon contacting LG regarding these issues we were told we needed to have the racks evaluated by an official LG service technician at a cost of $100 in order to have the racks covered by the 5 yr warranty Pictures showing the proof of failure were insufficient for LG. If it were not for these issues the product would deserve a solid 5 stars. I would appreciate it some authorized to correct these issues would contact me at charlestahoeatt.net. Trays rust quickly. Quiet and cleans well

The dishwasher is quiet and cleans well and has lots of control. However the trays rust very quickly and need to be replaced often. For a high end signature products this is surprising. Signature support is actual less than regular support with only weekday support hours not the entire day.
