Frustrating repair experience

l bought this oven over a year ago and everything was working fine until 2 months ago when it started throwing an F3 error code and the oven stopped working. l contacted LG customer service and requested a repair. They sent out a service technician who came out 4 times and was unable to fix the issue. They sent out a second technician and he still was not able to fix the issue. I reached out to LG for a resolution and they said they cant proceed to any other option until the technician reports that they cannot repai the oven. Now l am waiting for the technician to come out for the 6th time meanwhile l havent been able to use my oven for 2 months.
